SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms of Sale are summarised below. Please review and bid accordingly.
Buyer’s Premium (“BP”): 15% + GST (see note below) will be added to all lots purchased.
Currency: Auction held in AUD $
Bidding: Please take care when making a bid as once your bid is placed it cannot be withdrawn and will not be cancelled. If you are unsure do not bid as no refunds will be given and you are obligated to complete the sale if you are the winning bidder.
Bidding Extension: 2 Minute reset. Auction finishes in lot order - Example: Lot 2 Will Not Finish Until Bidding Has Finished on Lot 1.
Time Between Lots: 2 Minute intervals.
Accepted Forms of Payment: Direct deposit (IN FULL) into our bank account (EFT, WIRE TRANSFER). Payment may also be made by Credit Card on purchases under $1,000 (Visa & Mastercard Only) - 1.8% surcharge applies. If payment has not been received by the nominated date we may automatically deduct funds from your registered Credit Card.
Payment Deadline: All invoices must be PAID IN FULL within two (2) working days following the auction close.
Removal & Collection Days: Friday 7 September 2018 and Monday 10 September 2018 only. Pick up Only. Buyer must arrange pickup and goods must be paid in full prior to collection.

“As Is – Where Is”
All items are to be sold “AS IS - WHERE IS”, “IN PLACE” and “WITH ALL FAULTS, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN”. All sales are final – THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
Motor Vehicles
All vehicles are sold unregistered
This Sale is GST Exclusive
For example, if you are the winning bidder at a final close (hammer) price of $1,000, then a BP of 15% will be added as well as a GST of 10%. Your calculation would be thus: $1,000 plus the Buyer’s Premium ($1,150) plus GST for a total amount due of $1,265 (AUD).
Auto Bid
'Auto Bid’ is a process whereby maximum bids can be set and bid increments increased automatically where another bidder outbids you (until your maximum bid is reached).
Technology Issues
We do not accept liability for loss arising out of technical and/or software issues associated with Online Auctions. We are not responsible for bids not received, not processed or not accepted due to technical difficulties, including bids placed by Auto Bid. In particular, we are not responsible for any loss, liability or damage incurred by you as a result of a bid not received, processed or accepted which is reasonably due to technical difficulties including 'Refresh' delays.
Workplace Health & Safety
AUSTRALIAN VALUATIONS advises all buyers that all items are offered for sale at auction “AS IS - WHERE IS” and may not be fit for use in a workplace, home or private use. Australian Valuations advises it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that an operational risk assessment is undertaken, prior to use, and any plant, machinery and equipment be brought to a condition which complies with relevant State Legislation, Regulations and applicable Codes of Practice. All Tradespersons, Movers, Electricians, Plumbers and all other relevant personnel operate at their own risk and will be required to produce all relevant licensing and insurance documentation prior to commencing any work on site. All work carried out on this site must be performed in a manner compliant with current Workplace Health & Safety legislation. All power tools and equipment used on site must be tested (tagged) safe for use in accordance with AS3760 service testing and inspection of electrical equipment.
Note: Dismantling/Decommissioning of some assets in this sale may require a satisfactory Safe Work Method Statement prior to any work taking place onsite.
